Tips for the Best Sweet Potato Fries
- Make sure to cut the fries evenly. This ensures they will all be done at the same time, instead of some being burnt while others are still not done.
- Shake the fries around at least once while cooking. This helps ensure even cooking and crisping of the fries.
- Change up the seasonings. You can swap the salt & pepper for anything you like. Some of our favorites are cinnamon (yes, just try it!), paprika powder and garlic powder.
