Notes
What To Do With Leftovers
- Bacon is best eaten straight after cooking, but you can also store leftovers for later. You can reheat the leftovers or crumble it on top of salads, sandwiches, etc.
- Storing: Store leftovers in the fridge in an air tight container for up to 3 days.
- Freezing: We don't recommend freezing leftovers.
- Reheating: Reheat leftovers in the air fryer. Air fry 2-3 minutes at 360 °F (180 °C) until warm.

Tips for the Crispiest Bacon
- Bring the bacon out at least 30 minutes before cooking. This is not entirely necessary, so if you didn't - don't worry! But letting the bacon heat up slowly first starts the process of the fat solids melting and releasing their flavor into the meat. This is also why we don't preheat the air fryer for this recipe!
- Do not add any oil to the air fryer. There is so much fat already in the bacon that no extra oil is necessary. Actually, we are wanting dome of the fat to run off to allow for the bacon to crisp up nicely.
