Today's air fryer dessert recipe shows just how versatile an air fryer really is, if you think that air fryers are only for frying - think again.
The recipe below will have you whipping up chocolate fudge brownies the entire family will enjoy.

What you'll need:
- Air fryer
- An Air fryer baking tin
- 1 pack brownie mix
- 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 75ml water
- 1 medium egg
Instructions
[toggle title="Step 1" type="open"]Pour the brownie mix into a bowl then add the water, vegetable oil and egg. Mix it thoroughly and ensure the mixture doesn't have any lumps.

Tips and Considerations
3 tablespoons of oil might sound like a lot, but if you're trying to cut out as many calories as possible, 1½ will work perfectly fine - you won't even notice the difference.
